Lums Pond State Park is built around a 200-acre pond south of the C&D Canal. Families come for the playgrounds, picnic pavilions, nature center and seasonal kayak and pedal-boat rentals. Trails circle the pond, and the campground makes it an easy first camping trip. Entry is by per-vehicle fee March through November.
