Varner Farms is a family-owned farm on South Trappe Road (Route 113) that grows pumpkins, gourds, flowers and Christmas trees. During the fall season families come for horse-drawn wagon rides, the corn maze, the pumpkin patch and visiting the farm animals; in December it sells Christmas trees. Hours are seasonal and vary by week, so call ahead or check the farm's website before visiting.
