Anson B. Nixon Park is a privately managed public park off North Walnut Street in Kennett Square, open sunrise to sunset at no charge. Kids get playgrounds, including a large slide added in 2024, plus ponds, walking trails, open fields and pavilions that can be reserved. Restrooms are open seasonally, roughly April through October. The park hosts a free concert series every Wednesday evening in summer.
