Hildacy Preserve is Natural Lands' headquarters preserve, with 3.5 miles of unpaved trails through meadows and woods along Crum Creek. The Red Loop is the main route and is good for spotting birds. Trails range from easy to moderate and some sections are rocky, so it suits carriers and sturdy walkers more than strollers. Two paved lots at the main entrance hold about 50 cars; weekdays can be tighter because staff work on site. Open daily dawn to dusk, free.
