About
The Heggan Library runs one of the busiest early-childhood schedules in the county. Programs include Tiny Tots and Babies Boogie for babies, Wiggle Worms and Terrific Twos for toddlers, Music and Motion, Family Storytime and Preschool Parachutes. Most programs require registration online or by phone, and a few are for Heggan cardholders only.
