Owens Park sits across from Williamstown High School and has a playground, restrooms, front and back pavilions, a horseshoe-shaped walking track, a nature trail and a dog park. During the school year it opens at 4 PM on weekdays and at noon on weekends. In summer it is open daily from noon to 9 PM. Hours can change with weather.
